		<description>Well duh! I should have mentioned! I simply add a little water in my hand to make a scrub. You can also add it to anything from mayonnaise for extra moisturizing to yogurt, honey, or your regular facial cleanser. You can&#039;t do it wrong so have at it! Melinda</description>

		<description>I am new to the site and am not very &#039;cooking inclined&#039; so I will ask the silly question...once you have the herbs ground, then what? What base should I use for the scrub? Some kind of oil? Or just mix with soap and water? Thanks. (I am also curious about the recipie for the horse fly spray!!)</description>
